Teen Therapy in Lower Merion, Ardmore & Bryn Mawr, PA

If your teen in Lower Merion, Ardmore, or Bryn Mawr is feeling overwhelmed by academic pressure, struggling with social anxiety, or dealing with perfectionism, therapy with me, a teen specialist and former school counselor, can help them regain balance and confidence.

Lower Merion is home to top-ranked schools such as Harriton High School and Lower Merion High School, as well as elite private institutions in Ardmore and Bryn Mawr. While these schools provide outstanding academic and extracurricular opportunities, they also create immense pressure that can contribute to anxiety, stress, and self-doubt in teens.

My virtual therapy sessions provide a supportive space where teens can express their concerns, develop emotional regulation skills, and build resilience to manage academic and social challenges effectively.

As a licensed therapist with extensive experience in teen mental health, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of teens in Lower Merion, Ardmore, and Bryn Mawr, helping them thrive emotionally and academically

Investing in your teen’s mental health is one of the best decisions you can make for their future success and happiness.
